From there, the homeowner has the ability to log onto to that website anywhere he or she has Internet access and see activity in and outside the home in real time. While these home security products are great for protecting property, they also work incredibly well for watching caregivers of the elderly and small children.

Now, while a real camera with recording provides the best protection in that if an intruder were caught, the video tape could be used for prosecution in court but some people choose a faux camera system that also works.
